Before real estate, I spent years leading teams and growing organizations, where I learned to listen closely, plan carefully, and stay steady when decisions get complicated. I've lived in Greater Seattle for more than 30 years, owned and remodeled homes here, and now call Magnolia home with my husband, Chad, our family, and our mini Bernedoodle, Juno.
